Can I just say how excited I am that this is my first blog hop with PTI!!! I have see incredible work already with the tags that have been posted on Nichole Heady's blog...click HERE to see the others.
Here was this month's challenge: TAG TIME
Recently the design team and I put together a variety of holiday tags that are perfect to keep on hand
for quick wrap options. Now it's your turn to inspire us and the rest of the Papertrey community! Design
a holiday tag or two using all of your favorite goodies and share it with all of us! We will all have plenty
of inspiration to create a large stash and try to get ahead of the hustle and bustle of the season!
Here is my submission...
Here is a close-up of the flower...
I created the tag from my Cricut Tags, Bags & Boxes cartridge...I gae it the same dimensions as the PTI Tag Sale die. I then stamped the strip on the bottom (PTI-Background Basics: Spots & Dots) in Staz-On Black and then went over it with the outline image with SU! Red Craft. I created the flower from an old book with PTI Beautiful Blooms II #1 Die and used the Chamomile ink spot to distress or age it a bit. I used a red button I picked up at Micheal's the other day in the $ spot (it was a real cute container with lots of buttons. I was also able to use another new product...my Bow-Easy that I just picked up...I made the red bow with it...I feel like I cheated-but it really came out wonderful. Let's see...I also used the sentiment from Mega Mixed Messages...I almost forgot. The paper came from a pad I picked up at Hobby Lobby the other day...our family cards are Red, Cream & Black again this year...partly because we are on our way to Disney World on Monday and that is where the family picture is being taken this year...with what else but...Mickey Ears...:) Enjoy!
